Labelling: Use the internet to research and identify the minimum labelling requirements for items for sale.

To cover yourselves if you are selling items there are minimum labelling requirements. These used to be European but in this area UK has quite strong guidelines so they will be fine.

For instance fabric content, washing instructions, maker/manufacturer, country of origin.

Clothes are easier, furnishings and toys more complex.

Look up the requirements for all 3 on the internet and list useful links you find with a summary of what information they give.

Also look at kitemarks.
