Statement of Intent: A description of why you selected the design and fabric for your item and how you intend to make it, what you will use and why

STATEMENT OF INTENT

Describe

• reasons for selecting the design
• rationale for selecting the fabric
• changes you made and why
• accessories you used and their purpose
• any haberdashery you used or considered using and what they could add
• aspects of H&S
• fabric content and care

COSTINGS

List the items you used and show cost of each item (if you don't know estimate)

Put the total cost of materials

Estimate how long it took to make and multiply by £30

Then estimate how long it would take if you did it again knowing how to do it

(This will give you an unrealistic cost but its good to see it, if you like break it down into design and making time)

In business you would then add 15% for admin and running costs.

Finally EVALUATION

Comment on how well you followed through on your STATEMENT OF INTENT
